Revised Regulations Expected Early 2004

Happy New Year to all of our clients and friends!  This Winter's issue addresses Cooling Water Intake Structures (CWIS) and Power Plants.  Regulations for these 316 (b) permits have been undergoing revision in stages over the last several years.  Final regulations for existing plants will be released within  a few months, so please read on!
