Streambank Stabilization and

Who isn’t
drawn to the water’s edge, whether it be a lake, stream, river or ocean? But what do we do when erosion or
man-made effects degrade the water’s edge? Techniques for restoring
streambanks and shorelines include traditional hard solutions and natural

EEA is pleased to announce that Mr. Brian Duggan has joined our firm
as Director of Business Development.
Brian comes from an extensive background in environmental sciences,
specializing in geological sciences, within the metropolitan region. He has
over 20 years experience as a Manager for hazardous materials studies and
industrial hygiene. Brian can be reached at our Garden City office or

office, attended a conference in Helsingor, Phase I and Hazardous Materials Divisions
Richard Fasciani and Nicholas Recchia of
our HazMat Division attended the Environmental Bankers Association Conference
entitled “Tackling the Demands of the New Realities”. The conference was held in New USEPA requirements for
All Appropriate Inquiry for Phase I ESA’s became effective November 1, 2006. The new ruling included substantial changes
for environmental site assessments, affecting both the cost and the timing of
environmental due diligence for property purchases. Email
